Amy Gerskin has been with Boone County, Missouri as a Buyer since March of 2023. Before her experience in Public Purchasing, Amy spent over 20 years in sales, management, and inventory control in the private sector for companies like Express, The Gap, Eddie Bauer, Drapers and Damons, and Boot Barn.
Amy graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles with an Associate of Art in Fashion Design in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2010. She later earned her Master of Business Administration from Columbia College in 2023.
Amy lives in Columbia, Missouri with her husband, John, and two children, John Atlas (4) and Ava Mae (2), and their two cats. They love being outdoors, gardening, going to the park, and painting together. In her free time, Amy enjoys graphic design and photography.
