Jack Adger is currently the Assistant Purchasing Agent for Harris County, Texas. He is a 1984 graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport and has over 30 years experience in the Materials Management field. Jack is a former Chair of the NIGP Governing Board. His past professional associational contributions include service on the NIGP Forum and Products Exposition Committee, the NIGP Finance and Budget Committee, the UPPCC Board of Examiners, and four terms as the President of the North Louisiana Chapter of the NIGP. Jack is the proud recipient of the 2011 Spirit of NIGP award for his leadership at both regional and institute levels.
