After 42 years of public procurement service, Maureen retired. Her last position was with the Virginia IT Agency (VITA) within its Core Infrastructure Directorate as the Manager of Commercial Contract Managment; Her team was responsible for the day-to-day management of critical IT Infrastructure contracts with an annual value of $256 Million. Services included Managed Security, Servers, Storage, Data Center, Directory Services and Managed Cloud, Messaging, Mainframe, End User Devices, Print Services, Voice Data and Network, and Multi Sourcing Integrator.
Maureen served in the United States Air Force, worked for Miami-Dade Transit Agency in Miami Florida, for the City of Richmond in Richmond Virginia and the Department of General Services in Richmond VA.
Maureen has held positions as a Buyer, Contracting Officer, Senior Contract Officer, Contract Administrator, Procurement Management Account Executive, Senor Commercial Contract Manager and Manager, Commercial Contract Management.
Maureen has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and holds CPPO, CPPB, and VCO certifications and instructs independently and for the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing.
