I have been employed by Peoria County for 25 years, with the title of Purchasing Agent since 2006. In 2008 I became active in IAPPO, Illinois Association of Public Procurement Officials and am currently serving my second term as president. Term expires on January 1, 2020. I tested for and received my CPPB designation in 2011. I sat for the CPPO exam in 2012 and received my CPPO designation in the winter of 2012. I serve on the NIGP Forum Committee through 2020.
