Denise is a seasoned Procurement Professional with almost thirty years of experience. Her leadership style emphasizes innovation and collaboration to achieve successful process improvements. She has a strong track record of designing and implementing outcome-oriented policies and programs that enhance talent development, boost organizational effectiveness, and promote transparency in public procurement.
