Jennifer is the Contracting Branch Manager for the Infrastructure Division at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. She manages a team of contract managers that procure and administer contracts for construction and related services for the agency.
Jennifer is a Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO), Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified with the State of Texas as a Contract Developer and a Contract Manager. She holds a BS in Business Management and an MBA. In 2022, Jennifer received the Outstanding Women in Texas Government Award for Rising Star.
