I began my career in public procurement with the City of Springfield’s Division of Purchases as 2004. During my time with the City I received four promotions. In 2018 I accepted a position at The School District of Springfield R-12 (Missouri).
I am very active in our profession. I serve the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing as President and NIGP as an Area 6 Chapter Ambassador. I was awarded the Buyer of the Year, Large Entity 2017 by Missouri Association of Public Procurement, a Chapter of The Institute for Public Procurement. I was award the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing's most prestigious award the Linda D. Windsor service award in 2019.
I am a 2018 graduate of Ozarks Technical Community College.
I am very involved in my community, I am a Shrine Lady, an spouse member of the Elks Lodge 409, and an official steward for Little Free Library #16449.
