Hello NIGP! I am so honored to serve as your NIGP President for the 2013-2104 year. It was so amazing to start my year off with a fantastic Forum in Orlando! For those of you who were there, thank you so much for your words of support, your energy and your commitment to your profession. For those who couldn't join us in Orlando, I can't wait to see you along my travels this year!
As I begin this journey, I am excited by the many incredible initiatives we are working on at the Insititute. I am looking forward to the numerous events I'll have the honor of particiating in across North America with all of you. I love this profession and I love being a part of NIGP! I have a busy year ahead of me, but I have the pleasure of tackling the year with an incredibly talented CEO and staff, an outstanding professional group as our Board of Directors, along with hundreds of committee members and volunteers who make NIGP the best public procurement association in the world!
I look forward to meeting many of you along my travels and interactions this year. With your help, we will continue taking bold steps into the future to bring value to the profession, to our membership and directly to benefit your agencies. At the end of the day, it is our goal to make you more successful and to elevate the status of our great profession.
