In order to receive your certificate, you must successfully complete the final assessment and submit your course evaluation. The certificate will then be available on the course landing page on the elearning site under the left margin where it says "Course History." You will see a "Claim/Print" link next to it, select that link, "Okay" then you will be able to print your certificate!
