Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Given the fact that many public entities have delayed decisions on budget and travel approvals until a future date we are suspending all cancellation fees through July 15, 2020 to give you the flexibility to register before the early registration period ends with the ability to cancel later if your plans change. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 15, 2020. Registrations are transferable at any time to another individual within your agency. There will be no refunds for no-shows or early departures from the event.
