I am currently employed at the SC Public Employee Benefit Authority as the agency's procurement director. My previous work history includes Procurement Director at the SC Department of Education, Procurement Manager at the Materials Management Office (MMO) where my primary responsibility was soliciting professional services. I was also employed as a Procurement Officer at the SC Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism, and Procurement Officer at the South Carolina State Library.
I am a graduate of The University of South Carolina and hold a dual MBA/MHA from Webster University. I also hold a Master's Degree in Procurement and Acquisitions and a Government Contracting Certificate from Webster University.
I continue to be a very active and involved member of SCAGPO. I am SCAGPO's current Database Administrator and Awards and Scholarship Chair. I served as President in 2013 and Vice President in 2012. I previously served on the Board as a Director‐at‐Large; Forum Chair in 2011; and I also served as Database Administrator that same year.
