Hello, my name is Loretta Browning and I work for the City of Avondale in Arizona. I am proud to say I was born and raised in AZ and love living here. I have spent the last 15 years of my career working with contracts and my emphasis has been in public procurement since 2004. Through this course I am hoping to gain the skill set necessary to take on all the responsibilities of procurement for our City. At the moment I am a co-project lead for the City's payroll system conversion with a go-live date of June 22, 2015. Needless to say I'm busy.
On a personal level, I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have two children. By the end of July, I will have two teenagers at home. (I'm not sure where the time has gone!!!) I enjoy running and cross fit training for my "me" time and spend my free time surrounded with my huge family and lots of friends.
