As the Procurement Manager for the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands, I am responsible for procuring supplies and services from the lowest bidder or best qualified vendors, consistent with quality and service, and to conduct procurement activities in the manner that will best serve the public's interest in concert with the Administrative Authority of the Court.
