As NIGP's elearning Specialist, I am responsible for facilitating elearning web-based procurement courses, and asynchronous ;earning content consistent with NIGP's strategic imitative of maximizing elearning course development and implementation. I am also the administrator of the elearning course events database and course schedule.
With more than 20 years experience in providing user support, I am personally committed to providing high-quality customer service in meeting external customer learning objectives.
I provide training, technical support and online resources to elearning instructors and students to include managements of site access, problem resolution, course completions, and awarding credit.
As part of the Knowledge Management team, I review and test new and revised curriculum offerings providing feedback for improvements to future deliveries.
I design and develop On Demand independent learning aids and web-based courses using instruction content provided by SME's.
