Started working for Marion County BCC in 1996 for Public Safety and transferred to Procurement in 2006 as Buyer. Since then, I've been reclassified as a Contract Technician, Procurement & Contract Analyst, and in 2016, Procurement & Contract Analyst Coordinator, a working supervisor position with a team of three other PCAs. My goal is to streamline the process for bidders and staff to make working with the County less confusing, including reducing paperwork by increasing electronic resources as much as possible - all while keeping us legal.
In July, 2019, I was promoted to a Utilities Project Manager, overseeing Development Review, utility infrastructure projects, and general construction engineering division coordination between developers, engineers, operations and maintenance, and contractors.
