911 call center scheduling consultant

Hello,

I am in need of any information/experience/RFP/RFI involving hiring a 911 Call center scheduling consultant. We are looking at the following areas for the consultant: shift schedules based on call volume as well as employee preference, employee fatigue, paying overtime versus hiring additional employees and workload.

I am new to this sorry if I am posting in the wrong area.
