Hi,
This is my first time posting so I apolgize if I do not follow protocal.
I need to know if I may recycle or if I need to shred all extra proposals. I of course do keep all originals and mailing documentation.
Thanks,
Sharon

We keep the proposal copies of the successful proponent and either return (on request only) or shred the copies of the unsuccessful proponents. Recycling the binders wherever possible!
